Job Description
Fairmont Makati is a sophisticated urban retreat in Manila’s financial district, featuring 280 elegantly appointed rooms.
- Support front desk operations for Indian language-speaking and VIP guests.
- Prepare for arrivals and address special requests.
- Facilitate in-room check-ins for Indian-speaking guests.
- Monitor guest experiences and provide assistance.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum one year of luxury hotel experience preferred.
- Fluency in Indian languages required.
- Service-oriented with strong communication skills.
