Job Description
Join ACCOR at Raffles and Fairmont Makati, offering heritage luxury and 312 rooms including 32 Raffles suites. We seek an In-Room Dining Manager to uphold exceptional guest service, perform daily inspections of bar functions, prepare accurate reports, assist in budgeting, monitor Micros/Opera systems, and develop colleagues through training in decision-making and performance management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Hospitality Management (advantage), has a minimum of five years in-room dining managerial experience in a luxury hotel, is service-oriented with strong guest-service skills, and is proficient with loyalty programs, Opera, Micros, and MS Office.
