Job Description
Join Novotel Manila Araneta City as an Executive Club Floor Agent providing warm, professional service in a 401-suite hotel. You will manage guest check-ins, confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue and activate keys, deliver accurate information, and upsell hotel services. You will also oversee Food & Beverage inventory and Premier Club supplies. Candidates should be hospitality graduates with F&B experience, able to work in a fast-paced environment and committed to thoughtful guest service.
