Job Description
Join ACCOR, a global hospitality group with 45+ brands and thousands of destinations. As Reservation Manager you will oversee daily reservations operations, ensure accurate guest information, update hotel product knowledge and promotions, develop and deliver team training, coordinate new rate offers and operational flows, and support guest, colleague and owner objectives. You will maintain professional grooming, demonstrate strong leadership, communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and at least 1 year in a similar role (or 3 years in guest services). Other reasonable duties may be assigned by management.
