Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, managing interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining the ATS, building talent pipelines, and supporting employer branding. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS, and the ability to meet hiring KPIs. You must be organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred; fluency in English required.
