Job Description
The Accounting Supervisor oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, supervises staff, and enforces internal controls. Key responsibilities include month-end close, ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable oversight, and preparing financial statements. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of GAAP, proficiency with accounting software, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
