Job Description
We are seeking an organized Administrative Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and perform general clerical tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining records, processing mail, coordinating meetings, and supporting office staff. Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, basic bookkeeping ability, and strong multitasking.
