Job Description
We are seeking Retailer Support Agents to assist retail partners with onboarding, product queries, order processing, and issue resolution. You will handle phone, email, and chat support, document interactions, escalate technical or logistical problems, and provide timely follow-up. Ideal candidates have excellent communication, basic data entry skills, empathy, and 1+ year customer service or retail experience. Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools is a plus. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
