Job Description
Provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat; handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders and returns, and document interactions in the CRM. Collaborate with sales and operations to escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Require excellent verbal and written English, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office; high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred); 1+ year in customer service is an advantage. Must be punctual, team-oriented, and able to work flexible shifts.
