Job Description
Activa PH is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. We welcome applicants with or without prior experience. Key qualifications include Beginner to Average English communication skills, the ability to build rapport with candidates both online and onsite, and a friendly personality. Experience in field recruitment (BPO applicants) is a plus.
Responsibilities include assisting with a full-day recruitment event, conducting phone assessments, and managing social media job postings. Job Type: Part-time/Full-time.
Pay: Php500.00 – Php800.00 per day.
Schedule: 8-hour day shift.
Work Location: In-person.
Benefits include paid training.
