Job Description
The Customer Renewal Coordinator for Ancillary Insurance manages policy renewals and retention for supplemental insurance products. Responsibilities include contacting customers, verifying coverage and documentation, processing renewals, updating records, coordinating with underwriting and billing, and identifying upsell opportunities to meet retention targets.
Requirements: At least one year experience in insurance or customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency with CRM and MS Office, and ability to work under deadlines. Degree or relevant certification preferred.
