Job Description
We seek a remote Benefits & General Ledger Reconciliation Specialist to join our finance team immediately. You will manage employee benefits administration, process benefit deductions, and perform monthly general ledger, bank, and benefit account reconciliations. Prepare journal entries, support payroll and HR queries, ensure compliance with policies, and resolve discrepancies. Requirements: 2+ years in accounting or payroll, strong Excel and ERP experience, attention to detail, and effective communication. Remote role with flexible hours, competitive pay, and immediate start.
