Job Description
We are seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to design and deliver accurate HR reports and dashboards that support strategic decisions. You will extract and validate HRIS data, analyze workforce metrics (turnover, headcount, diversity), and automate reporting processes. The role requires collaboration with HR, finance, and IT to improve data quality and insights. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in HR, analytics, or related field; strong Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills (Power BI/Tableau); attention to detail and clear communication. Prior HRIS experience preferred.
