Job Description

As Store Manager you will supervise daily store operations, drive sales targets, ensure compliance, deliver excellent customer experiences, train and motivate staff, handle complaints, manage stock pricing accuracy, prepare promotions, liaise with head office, and uphold health & safety. This full-time, permanent role (Marquee Mall, SM Clark, SM Pampanga) offers Php18,00–Php22,00/month, paid training, health insurance, company events, promotion opportunities and potential permanent placement. On-site work required.
