Job Description
Afni, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Design and Development Supervisor to lead our training initiatives. You will assess training needs, lead calibration sessions, and produce reports. Ensure trainer proficiency through evaluations and coaching, while managing supplemental training logistics.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of college or a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of call center training experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and curriculum development experience is a plus. Flexibility to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna and Fairview is essential.
