Job Description

Position Purpose: The CX Supervisor oversees the activities of CX Analysts in transaction quality, including call monitoring and auditing, ensuring quality metrics are met with the Operations team.

Essential Functions: Responsibilities include selecting, training, and evaluating personnel, monitoring quality standards, analyzing escalated customer issues, and generating reports. You will also drive team metrics and cultivate relationships with the Operations Team.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of college completed, 2 years of relevant BPO experience, and a willingness to work night shifts in Quezon City.
