Job Description
Agency VA, a fast-growing start-up supporting insurance agencies, seeks a Vietnamese Speaking Virtual Assistant to provide customer service and quoting. Duties include answering calls and emails, processing policy changes and premium payments, collecting documents, updating the Agency Management System, and setting up client files. This full-time, permanent, in-person role requires a high school diploma, attention to detail, critical thinking, strong communication, willingness to learn, and fluency in English and Vietnamese. Salary Php60,00–Php80,00/month. Benefits: health and life insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities, and pay raises.
