We are seeking a proactive Collections Agent to manage overdue accounts, contact customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate account records. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, sending collection notices, documenting customer interactions in the system, meeting monthly recovery targets, and escalating disputes. Qualifications: high school diploma, minimum 1 year of collections or customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency; knowledge of relevant regulations preferred.
