Job Description
We seek a Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee daily lab activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage inventory, and coordinate technical staff to optimize workflow.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science, 5+ years laboratory or supervisory experience, strong knowledge of ISO/GLP standards, excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage budgets and reports.
