The ideal candidate will hold certifications in Customer Service in Healthcare, Dental Office Scheduling, and Medical Office Administration. Proficiency in dental software (Mymeds), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is required.
The responsibilities include managing patient appointments, maintaining updated records, and coordinating dentist and patient availability while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a dental or medical office is a strong advantage.
