Job Description

Ajinomoto seeks a Department Head – Food Service to lead strategy and execution for national food service channels. Duties include formulating and managing execution plans, building hypotheses from sell-out data, overseeing sales, profit and expense management, inventory forecasting, and managing nationwide sales representatives. You will develop team career paths, provide evaluations and promotions. Minimum: college degree, 3+ years as a Section Manager in Food Service at a food manufacturer, and at least 3 years each in marketing and sales. Required skills: strong written and oral communication, business planning, P/L management, logical and creative problem solving, people leadership and negotiation.
