Job Description
Treasury Supervisor responsible for managing daily cash operations, liquidity forecasting, bank relationships, payments, and cash positioning. Lead and mentor a small treasury team, implement internal controls, reconcile bank accounts, optimize cash flow, and support month-end treasury reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations, improve treasury processes and systems, and coordinate with accounting and finance teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years of treasury experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication and analytical abilities.
