Job Description
Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, picking, packing and shipping. Lead and coach the warehouse team, assign tasks and ensure productivity and safety compliance. Optimize processes using WMS/ERP, monitor KPIs (accuracy, on-time shipments, stock turnover) and implement continuous improvement. Coordinate with procurement and logistics to meet customer service targets and manage equipment and maintenance. Requirements: 3+ years supervisory experience in warehouse logistics, knowledge of inventory systems, forklift certification preferred, strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
