Job Description
We are seeking a Building Operations and Maintenance Manager to oversee daily building systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, vendor management, and compliance. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and safety programs; supervise technicians and contractors; develop budgets; schedule inspections; and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of facilities or multi-site maintenance experience, technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, CMRP), strong leadership, budgeting and contract negotiation skills, and proficiency with CMMS. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and safety orientation required, with the ability to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours. Competitive salary and benefits.
