Job Description
We seek an experienced Building Maintenance and Administration Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance, safety, and administrative services for our buildings.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff and contractors, preventive maintenance programs, HVAC/plumbing/electrical oversight, budget control, safety compliance, and coordinating office services and vendor relations.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in facilities management; leadership, budgeting, and technical troubleshooting skills; strong communication and organizational abilities.
