Job Description
Lead development and execution of company strategy and operational plans. You will define long-term roadmaps, translate strategy into measurable objectives, optimize processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and growth. Manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs; oversee project delivery and operational excellence. Coach and align senior managers, foster data-driven decision making, and manage stakeholder communication. Required: proven experience in strategy and operations leadership, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, change management, and team development. MBA or equivalent and experience scaling operations preferred. This role demands strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to deliver measurable business impact.
