Job Description
AllValue Holdings Corp is hiring a Barista for a full-time, in-person role. Candidates should be college-level or graduates (hospitality preferred), with at least 6 months barista experience—fresh graduates welcome. We seek excellent communicators with a friendly, positive manner, customer-service focus, attention to detail, basic literacy and numeracy, eagerness to learn, adaptability, ability to work unsupervised, and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities include preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, cleaning and sanitising equipment and seating areas, describing menu items and suggesting products, taking orders, managing stock deliveries, and processing customer payments.
