Job Description
Join Alorica as a Reporting Analyst and help drive key business decisions by preparing ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards. You’ll be responsible for developing reports on business metrics and KPIs using automated models. Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to transform and analyze data while adhering to best practices in reporting and analysis.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst.
- Proficient in Power Query, SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Availability to work the night shift is required.
