Job Description
Alorica is looking for an experienced Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice on corporate, employment, data privacy, and regulatory matters, including PEZA compliance. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company in labor disputes and DOLE proceedings.
Qualified candidates must hold a law degree and be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar, with at least 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in multinational companies. We’re seeking a leader who can mentor and manage our team effectively.
