Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Alorica as a Human Resources Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for processing and recording termination data, preparing reports for management, handling office supply requisitions, and maintaining internal communication. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be key as you serve as a liaison between various HR teams and internal customers.
You should be proficient with Microsoft Office, able to maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a multi-tasked, team-oriented environment. A 1-2 year job-related experience is preferred but not required. Night shift availability is a must.
