Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling store products to customers
• Providing assistance and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Issuing receipts and handling returns or exchanges as needed
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of shelves, displays, and the store in general
• Monitoring stock levels and recommending items for restocking or reordering
• Recording daily sales and assisting with inventory reports
• Coordinating with the Head Office for sales documentation and stock requests
• Assisting with store opening, closing, and shift handovers
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate
• Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take on various store duties
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
• Willing to work in SM CLARK.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,800.00 – Php14,820.00 per month
