Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Office Staff with an invoicing focus. You will encode and print sales orders, delivery receipts and invoices; maintain customer price lists and records; manage inventory issuances, return slips and cancelled delivery receipts; pull daily delivery receipt summaries; and ensure accurate customer information. Preferred: 2 years office administration, Excel and accounting software proficiency, strong organization, communication, multitasking, adaptability and teamwork. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift. Salary Php15,500–17,500/month. Benefits include health insurance, additional leave, employee discounts, 13th month pay and opportunities for promotion.
