Job Description
We seek a Maintenance Control Director for MQ-9 Remotely Piloted Aircraft to lead maintenance control, ensure airworthiness, schedule inspections, manage logistics, and coordinate with flight operations to maximize mission readiness.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree in aerospace or engineering, 8+ years in aircraft maintenance (UAS preferred), strong leadership, maintenance-management system experience, and familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance; security clearance preferred.
Key duties: lead a maintenance control team, develop procedures, monitor technical records, drive continuous improvement, and report readiness metrics to senior leadership.
