Job Description
The Principal Contingent Workforce Specialist leads strategy and governance for temporary and contract labor across the organization. You will design contingent workforce programs, manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance, optimize cost and performance, and partner with HR, procurement and hiring managers. Required: 8+ years in contingent workforce, MSP or procurement experience, strong stakeholder management, contract negotiation and data-driven decision-making skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred. This senior role requires strategic thinking, project leadership and a commitment to workforce agility and risk management.
