Job Description
Join Ana’s Breeders Farms, Inc. as Operations Lead – Fabrication. Responsible for overseeing daily cage fabrication operations, meeting production targets, quality and safety standards. Lead and train fabrication workers, welders, and helpers; coordinate with engineering and quality for drawings, specifications, and revisions. Plan, organize, and supervise workflows to optimize materials, manpower, and equipment; ensure schedules, timelines, and budgets are met. Requires 1–2 years fabrication or manufacturing experience, strong welding and metal fabrication knowledge, ability to read technical drawings, and proven team leadership. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: On-site.
