Job Description
Base office: Ford Balintawak. Anc+ Group seeks a Service Advisor (Full-time, in-person). Responsibilities: deliver customer-focused reception and care by checking concerns, vehicle details, service history and warranty; complete vehicle checklists, initiate repair orders, provide pricing and time promises, and establish committed price. Schedule workshop workload and assign technicians; prepare parts requisitions; monitor repairs for quality; suggest and secure approval for additional work; close repair orders with quality inspection and invoicing; report daily repair metrics; assist in cross-selling parts and services; and conduct handover discussions at vehicle return.
