Job Description
Anc+ Group of Companies – Ford Balintawak seeks a BP Service Advisor. Based at Ford Balintawak, you will provide personalized customer reception and care: verify vehicle details, service history and warranty; initiate repair orders and vehicle checklists; provide pricing, time promises and committed quotes. You will cross-sell services and parts, schedule workshop jobs, assign technicians, order parts, monitor repair quality, secure approvals for additional repairs, close orders with quality checks and invoicing, explain services at handover, and prepare daily repair-status metrics. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
