Job Description
Based at Ford North Caloocan, the Sales Consultant will drive retail and fleet sales aligned with company vision and values. Key duties: develop and execute sales/marketing strategies, generate and qualify leads, present products, conduct demonstrations and test drives, meet sales targets, complete customer documentation, coordinate vehicle delivery, cross-sell financing, insurance, extended warranty and accessories, support after-sales service and customer retention, prepare sales and activity reports, and attend product and selling skills training. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on delivering excellent customer experience and sustained business growth.
