Job Description
We are hiring a Bid Specialist to prepare, coordinate, and submit competitive proposals. You will manage tender responses, gather technical and commercial inputs, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Responsibilities include writing and editing proposals, coordinating with sales, technical and legal teams, managing timelines, maintaining bid libraries, and analyzing win/loss outcomes to improve future bids.
Requirements: 3+ years in bids or proposals, strong written English, attention to detail, project management skills, ability to work under deadlines, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
