Job Description
Join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor. You will greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, provide clear estimates, schedule repairs, coordinate with technicians, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic automotive knowledge are required. Experience with CRM systems and the ability to explain technical issues in plain language are preferred.
