Job Description
Annpolis Credit Management Services is seeking a skilled Tele Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
Fluency in both English and Filipino is required. Candidates should have good negotiation skills, be computer literate, capable of working long hours, and able to handle pressure effectively. Experience in Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and debit collection efforts.
- Locate and contact debtors about outstanding obligations.
- Send out past due notices for delinquent accounts or missed settlement payments.
