Job Description
We seek a full-time Sales Associate / Cashier to promote the Shop Installment Loan at merchant partner locations and on social media following guidelines. You will be a subject-matter expert, continuously learning product updates, verifying and validating documents submitted via the digital banking app, and assisting customers with onboarding and loan applications per policy. Maintain excellent cooperation with store staff, comply with merchant regulations, support sales targets, protect supplied equipment, preserve store image, and follow operational risk and fraud mitigation policies. Working hours follow merchant guidelines (typically 6 days/week with attendance on critical days). Work location: in person.
