Job Description
ANTA is hiring a Sales Associate. Full-time role (Php12,00–Php15,00/month) based in-store. Responsibilities include welcoming customers and advising on merchandise; upselling and cross-selling; maintaining accurate inventory, stock replenishment and physical counts; supporting visual merchandising and promotions; keeping the sales floor tidy and disposing of waste; and collaborating with the team for smooth operations. Qualifications: at least senior high school graduate; prior retail experience preferred; understanding of inventory forecasting and replenishment; strong interpersonal skills; knowledge of upselling and customer-centric service. Benefit: paid training. Language: English preferred. Work location: in person.
