Job Description
Anytime Cleaners seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to manage employee relations, provide counseling, support recruitment and terminations, conduct background checks and exit interviews, maintain employee files, analyze data, oversee orientation and training, ensure compliance with employment law, liaise between staff and management, and handle complaints. Requirements: degree in Human Resources, sound knowledge of employment law, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organization and problem-solving abilities. Full-time; Php18,00–Php20,00/month. Benefits: health insurance, company events and Christmas gift, promotion to permanent position and career advancement. Work location: in person.
