Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable Operations to lead AR processes, cash application, billing, collections and reconciliations. You will manage a team, optimize AR workflows, ensure timely cash recovery, maintain aging reports, enforce credit policies, and liaise with billing, finance and external stakeholders. Require bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in AR with 2+ years supervisory experience, strong ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and Excel skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset and excellent communication.
