Job Description
Our hotel is looking for FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE
Minimum qualifications:
– Graduate of any business-related degree. Hospitality-related degrees would be preferred.
– Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written
– Must be computer literate and well-versed in MS Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
– Must be a team player, with great attention to detail, and with ability to resolve customer issues.
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Loves interacting with guests
– Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication skills and a pleasing personality
– Must have initiative and a can-do attitude
– Willing to be assigned to any of the hotels under our group nationwide.
