Job Description
Arbeit Consultancy, Inc. seeks a Sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert inquiries into sales, and upsell/cross-sell. You will assess customer needs, recommend solutions, provide accurate product information, resolve objections, and ensure a positive customer experience. Required: minimum 1 year BPO sales experience, willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa on night and shifting schedules, and residence in nearby areas. Full-time; Php25,00–30,00/month.
