Job Description
Join Archon Philippines as a Learning and Development HR Associate! In this role, you will assist in designing and delivering learning programs, coordinate training logistics, and support digital learning tools. Additionally, you will contribute to organizational development, competency mapping, and leadership development initiatives.
We are seeking candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience, strong project coordination skills, and a passion for learning and growth. A familiarity with LMS platforms and HR policies is beneficial.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
