Job Description
Seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, maintenance, safety and security across our sites. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, vendor and contractor management, space planning, budget oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ facilities experience, strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical and building systems, and proficiency in maintenance management software. Certification (e.g., CFM) and experience with sustainability initiatives are preferred. This role demands problem-solving, project coordination, and a commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
