Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Check and evaluate submitted contracts and billings from subcontractors.
- Assess material requests and procure materials aligned with project specifications and budget.
- Source and negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Monitor materials purchases and deliveries at site; coordinate with multiple suppliers.
- Invite subcontractors for project bidding, evaluate their proposals, and handle contract preparations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Proficient in cost estimation and construction methods.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
